- The Writing Center
- The purpose of the Writing Center is to enhance the confidence No more crumpled drafts!and competence of student writers by providing free, individual assistance at any stage of any writing project. Staff consultants are experienced writers and alert readers, prepared to offer feedback and suggestions on drafts of papers, help students find answers to their questions about writing, and provide one-on-one instruction as needed.
- Learning Assistance Center (LAC)
- An academic support program, sponsored by the Student Success Center, that challenges undergraduate students to become independent and successful learners. Services such as tutoring, academic skills, and workshops are provided by the LAC to help students: improve study skills, increase their understanding of course content, enhance self-confidence, and encourage positive attitudes toward learning.
